Where Can I Send a Gift Card or E-Gift Card?
Gift cards can be mailed anywhere in the US via standard shipping. You may select express or overnight shipping for an additional fee. Gift card delivery outside the US is unavailable at this time, as is expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, US territories and APO/FPO addresses.
E-gift cards can be delivered anywhere, at any time, and will be emailed to the recipient. You will receive an email confirmation when the e-gift card has been delivered.
Where Can I Use My Gift Card or E-gift Card?
Terrain Retail Gift Cards with pin numbers can be redeemed on shopterrain.com or in our stores. Gift cards without a pin number can be used at our stores. Visit our Store Locator to find the store(s) nearest you.
Terrain Cafe Gift Cards can be redeemed at Terrain Cafe, Pizzeria Vetri and Gatehouse locations only. Your card can not be used to order pickup/delivery on third-party platforms such as DoorDash, UberEats, and Caviar. However, you can call us to place a pickup order to pay with a gift card. Visit our Store Locator to find the cafe(s) nearest you.
How Do I Redeem My Gift Card or E-gift Card?
To redeem a gift card in store, simply present it at checkout. To redeem it online, enter the gift card number and pin on the Billing page at checkout.
To redeem an e-gift card in-store, have your e-gift card information handy—either printed out or accessible by email on your phone. To redeem it online, enter the e-gift card number and pin on the Billing page at checkout.
Gift cards of any type cannot be used to purchase tickets to any of our ticketed events. Gift cards are also not applicable to private events hosted in any of our restaurants or Terrain event venues.
Why am I having trouble entering my Gift Card at checkout?
If you are experiencing difficulties entering your Retail Gift Card, please call our Gift Card line (1-800-920-5656) and allow 24-48 business hours for a response. If you need immediate assistance, please visit your local store. Please note: Proof of purchase and balance confirmation will be required.

How Do I Check the Balance on My Gift Card or E-gift Card?
You can check the balance on your gift card or e-gift card by using our Balance Inquiry tool. You may also visit any Terrain location for in-person assistance.
Why Can't I Find My E-gift Card?
It may be tucked away in your email spam folder. Be sure to thoroughly check all folders in your email account. Still having trouble? Contact us for Retail Gift Cards, or email urbnhospitalitygiftc@urbn.com for Cafe Gift Card support.
Please note that we are unable to reissue gift cards or e-gift cards that have been lost or stolen.
Does My Gift Card Expire?
No – our gift cards do not expire and there is no fee to keep them active. Only promotional Cafe cards (bonus cards) expire.
