The Tea Lover’s Tasting Flight ncludes 3 delicious infused honeys to accompany a variety of teas. Sustainably harvested, raw wildflower honey is cold-extracted from the beekeeper’s most recent harvest and infused in small batches with locally grown organic herbs and sustainably harvested spices to ensure a premium product.

Includes 3 oz jars of the following:
(1) Chai Honey Infusion: includes BannerBee’s signature chai blend of spices that pairs very well with an Assam or Ceylon black tea. Add your choice of steamed milk for a creamy, rich delight.

(2) Vanilla Bean Honey Infusion: A standout favorite tea partner is a Rooibos which has a sweet nutty flavor with hints of cinnamon. Herbal and flavored tea blends are also complemented by the sweet floral notes of the vanilla bean honey.

(3) Lemon Thyme Honey Infusion: Offers an herbaceous note with a fresh citrusy finish and pairs well with a variety of green teas. Excellent for relieving ailments such as colds, flu, cough and sore throats.

Please note: Raw honey will naturally crystallize and is perfectly enjoyable.
If you prefer your honey in a liquid state, loosen the jar lid and place glass jar in a bowl of hot water (not boiling), stirring until preferred consistency is achieved.
