- Remove stems immediately from bouquet box and rehydrate. Cut 2-3” from bottom of stem and place in warm water. Stems will absorb a significant amount of water in the first 24 hours; add more water as needed. Keep cut end of the stem constantly submerged.

Returns
For all non-plant products with an original sales receipt returned within 30 days of the purchase date, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. If returned with an original sales receipt after 30 days, a merchandise credit for the original selling price will be issued.
