Body cupping is used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to provide support for muscle tension and body aches, and increase circulation. Suction from the cups gently lifts tissue up for a release. With this self cupping kit, you can achieve these benefits at home.
How to use: Place cups on skin at least an inch apart. Press firmly on the button, hold for several seconds, and release to create a tugging sensation. After 15 minutes, press down on skin around the cup and slowly lift to release.
