A shrub is a fruit-based vinegar beverage, best enjoyed diluted and mixed with another beverage like sparkling water or liquor. Also makes a great addition to a salad dressing or marinade as a bright, zippy burst of flavor.

Tips: Dilute to drink! Separation is natural; shake before opening.
