Loose leaf rose petals make a subtly floral tea and can also be used for cooking, baking, and cocktails. Use as a garnish to rim your glass, infuse simple syrup with a tablespoon of petals, or add to a vanilla cake batter.
To brew for tea: Add 1 tbsp of botanicals to the bottom of the cup, pour 8 ounches of boiling water on top, and steep for 5 minutes
