Each of these delicious spring chickens are hand-poured from molten single origin craft chocolate and are made from start to finish on site in Suffolk, England. Pump Street makes all of their chocolate from the beans they sourced and imported from single farms in the country of origin. The cocoa beans are roasted in ovens to achieve the perfect flavor before being ground, conched, and aged as finished chocolate. This is a creamy, luxurious whole milk chocolate with notes of caramel and treacle and the zesty finish characteristic of Madagascar beans.
About Pump Street: Pump Street is an award-winning bakery in the village of Orford on Suffolk’s Heritage Coast. All of their delicious chocolates are made in-house using cacao beans imported directly from single estates and cooperatives around the world. Pump Street was founded in November 2010 by father and daughter team Chris and Joanna Brennan. It is the result of Chris’ years developing his skills as a self-taught baker and later chocolate maker, and Joanna’s enthusiasm for all things gourmand.
