This gorgeous vine bears the most delicious glossy black berries that offer a 9.5% sugar content, making them an ideal candidate for jams, jellies, juices, and of course eating right off the vine! They have a strong disease resistance and will bear fruit in the summers one year after planting. Be sure to water thoroughly throughout the vine's first year. For best fruiting, prune the oldest branches in late winter. This vine can be trained along a treilling or railing.
Outdoor care: Plant in full sun into the ground or into at least a 20" diameter container in well draining soil.
