Each terrain-exclusive platter features a reproduction of an illustration from the 1840s publication, Illustrations of British Mycology, done by Anna Maria Hussey. Hussey, an acquaintance of Charles Darwin, was a passionate enthusiast of all things fungi, and created these watercolor paintings in partnership with leading mycologist Rev Miles Joseph Berkeley.
