Join us as we welcome Amy Chaplin to celebrate her latest cookbook, Whole Food Cooking Every Day. The vegetarian chef will sit down for a Q&A with Westport’s Farmers’ Market Director Lori Cochran to discuss simple ways to transform your eating habits with vegetarian recipes that are free from gluten, dairy, and refined sugar (and still taste delicious). We’ll be serving appetizers from the book as well as serving a seasonal cocktail featuring gin from our partner Tuck Gin, a local Westport distillery.  

Reservations are required. $55 per person. Cost includes Tuck Gin welcome cocktail, appetizers, a signed copy of Whole Food Cooking Every Day, and a Q&A with Amy and Lori.
