Hand-crafted using an old variety of apple that was cultivated on the Moore estate, located in what is now called Elmhurst, Queens. Swirl it into oatmeal or yogurt, add it to a peanut butter sandwich, or spoon it over ice cream. Josephine’s Feast is a collection of seasonal, sustainable, artisanal confiture, made in limited quantities from local fruits using traditional slow cooking methods.
