The Special Edition Holiday Tasting Flight, presented in one giftable package, is a collection of Bannerbee's favorite honey infusions. Sustainably harvested, raw wildflower honey is cold-extracted from the beekeeper’s most recent harvest, churned to a creamy silky consistency and enriched, in small batches, with sustainably harvested spices to ensure a premium product for you.

Flavor Profile
Cinnamon: Enriched with premium ground Ceylon cinnamon. Enjoy by the spoonful, drizzled on Greek strained yogurt, spread on toast, in a cup of hot tea or hot chocolate, on biscuits, or as a pancake or waffle topper.
Vanilla Bean: A standout favorite tea partner is a rooibos which has a sweet nutty flavor with hints of cinnamon. Herbal and flavored tea blends are also complemented by the sweet floral notes of the vanilla bean honey.
Cacao: A delicious, creamy chocolate honey for spreading on pancakes or waffles, as the star ingredient in hot cocoa, or drizzled on mascarpone cheese and fresh berries.

Please note: Raw honey will naturally crystallize and is perfectly enjoyable. If you prefer your honey in a liquid state, loosen the jar lid and place glass jar in a bowl of hot water (not boiling), stirring until preferred consistency is achieved.
