Shopping our website is the fastest and most convenient method for placing an order with us. However, if you prefer not to order on our website, you may place a phone order.

Methods of Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Afterpay, and Terrain gift cards and e-gift cards . Items will be charged to your selected method of payment when they ship.

Retail Gift Cards + E-Gift Cards
Terrain gift cards can be redeemed or purchased online or in our store locations. E-gift cards may be purchased online and will be emailed to your recipient. Retail gift cards can be used in Terrain stores and nurseries and online. Terrain Cafe Gift Cards can be purchased here.

Please note: All gift cards and e-gift cards are only valid for redemption in the currency they were originally purchased.

Cafe Gift Cards
Terrain Cafe gift cards can be purchased online and in Terrain Cafes. Terrain Cafe Gift Cards can be redeemed in Terrain Cafe locations only and cannot be used online or in stores.

Taxes
We are required to collect sales tax in all US states as required. Additionally, we are also required to collect tax in Puerto Rico.

Unlimited Furniture Delivery Orders
While you may see a preauthorization at time of order placement, your method of payment will not be charged until your items are ready to ship from our warehouse. This is typically on or around the "available to ship on" date quoted at order placement and in your order confirmation email. From time to time these dates may change based on availability. You will receive an email to schedule your delivery once your items are with our carrier. Your items will arrive 2-4 weeks after your order has shipped.

International Orders
We do not currently accept international orders. Please contact us at service@shopterrain.com or 877-583-7724 if you have additional questions about shipping.

Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as confirmation email, including an order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.

Check Your Order Status
If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on my account, signing in, then selecting Order History.
