Shopping our website is the fastest and most convenient method for placing an order with us. However, if you prefer not to order on our website, you may place a phone order.

terrain gift cards can be redeemed online, at our Glen Mills and Westport store locations, or over the phone by calling 877-583-7724. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of another card and mailed to your billing address.
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship.
We are required to collect sales tax in all US states as required. Additionally, we are also required to collect tax in Puerto Rico.
Unlimited Furniture Delivery Orders
While you may see a preauthorization at time of order placement, your method of payment will not be charged until your items are ready to ship from our warehouse. This is typically on or around the "available to ship on" date quoted at order placement and in your order confirmation email. From time to time these dates may change based on availability. You will receive an email to schedule your delivery once your items are with our carrier. Your items will arrive 2-4 weeks after your order has shipped.

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as confirmation email, including an order number and an approximate total amount to be charged.

If you placed your order through an online account with a password, you may check the status of your order at any time simply by clicking on my account, signing in, then selecting Order History.
