Shipping Times

Regular delivery: 5-8 business days
Express delivery: 2-3 business days
Overnight delivery: 1-2 business days

At checkout, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order, which will also be noted on your Order Confirmation email. This estimated delivery date includes processing as well as extra time to account for weekends and/or national holidays. Express or overnight orders placed after 1 PM typically ship the next business day.

Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Should your order include multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at variable times based on availability.

We ship to all US territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Orders shipped to PO Boxes are sent via First-Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS SurePost. Unfortunately, we cannot offer express and/or overnight shipping for these locations. We do not currently accept international orders.

Live Plants that Ship 2nd Day Air
Live plants shipping via 2nd day air have a $16.95 shipping charge. They ship directly from our growers, Monday through Wednesday. Any order received after 10 AM EST Wednesday will be shipped the following Monday. Delivery is unavailable to international locations, US territories, AK, HI, PO boxes, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. All other shipping methods are unavailable. Note: additional restrictions apply for citrus plants. Citrus plants must be ordered by Monday 8AM EST to ship the week of order placement.

Live Plants that Ship Overnight
This item ships via UPS Overnight at a $24.95 flat rate directly from our greenhouse Monday through Thursday and is only available for delivery within the continental United States. All other methods of shipping methods are unavailable. Shipment to international locations, U.S. territories, AK, HI, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses and express ship methods are unavailable for this item. Gift wrap is not available. Any order received after Thursday 10:00 AM PST will be shipped the following Monday.

Additional Charges
Some items may incur an additional handling surcharge due to size, weight, perishable nature, or other qualities that require extra care during shipping. This fee is added to the regular shipping charges detailed in the chart above. For details about the additional handling surcharges for a specific item, please visit the product page.

Unlimited Furniture Delivery
With Unlimited Furniture Delivery, you enjoy one flat-rate delivery fee for all eligible styles, starting at $149. This includes delivery to your room of choice, as well as unpacking, assembly, and debris removal. Orders containing more than one Unlimited Furniture Delivery item will be consolidated and delivered together. If you prefer to receive your items as they become available, please contact our furniture specialists after submitting your order.

While you may see a preauthorization on your selected method of payment, you will not be charged until your items are ready to ship from our warehouse. Once your items are with our carrier, you will receive an email that outlines how to schedule a delivery. Items will arrive 2–4 weeks after your order has shipped.

Please clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery. Our delivery professionals are not permitted to move existing furniture nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment. They are also unable to hang mirrors or wall décor.

Please note Unlimited Furniture Delivery items are unable to ship to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, islands within the continental US, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and locations outside of the US. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable.

Backorders

If an item is on backorder, an Expected to Ship date will be shown on the product page and at checkout. You will receive an email if there are any changes to the status of your items. You will not be charged for backordered items until they ship. Occasionally, items will go on backorder before your order is fulfilled — if this happens, we will alert you via email.

In the event that your order includes a backordered item, we reserve the right to cancel the item or ship your order in multiple packages. You do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be cancelled. To see if your items are eligible for cancellation, review your order details.

Cancellations

As soon as we receive your order, we start working on it right away. While we’re unable to make changes after you've placed your order, you do have a short window of time to cancel items from your order before they begin processing. Please note, only items eligible for cancellation will be shown, and all quantities of the selected item will be cancelled. If you do not see the “Cancel Items” option in the order details, that indicates that we are unable to process a cancellation. However, once you have received your order, you may return or exchange any eligible items.

Once your items are successfully cancelled, you will receive an email that includes the cancellation details. The email will be sent to the address listed on the order. You will not be charged for any cancelled merchandise.
