Pick up your online selections in-person at a store!
1. PLACE YOUR STORE PICKUP ORDER
Check the availability of an item at your local store. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout – from there, you will select your store location. Note: At this time, select items may be unavailable for store pickup.
2. WAIT FOR YOUR “READY FOR PICKUP” EMAIL!
You will receive a notification email when your order is ready. Remember to wait for this email before heading to the store!
3. PICK UP YOUR ORDER
Please refer to the pickup location listed on your “Ready for Pickup” email. If a location is not indicated, any sales associate will be happy to help you.
Most in-stock items are available for pickup within 24 hours. Once all of your items are ready for pickup and you've received your "Ready for Pickup" email (remember: don't come to the store unless you've received this!), we'll hold your order for 2 days. If you're unable to come by within that timeframe, we'll have to cancel your order. If you would like to request a 24-hour extension to pick up your order, please contact us to avoid cancellation.
You may see a pre-authorization on your selected method of payment prior to picking up your order – don't worry, you won't be charged until you have received your merchandise.
