Order Process

(1) Order is Placed
In-stock furniture requires no production time.
If Doorstep Delivery-eligible items are purchased with White Glove Delivery-eligible items, we will automatically upgrade all Unlimited Furniture Delivery styles in your order to be delivered via our White Glove service – with no additional fee.
Please note, select items are subject to a restocking fee if returned.

(2) Order is Prepared
Orders containing more than one Unlimited Furniture Delivery item will be shipped together and delivered at the same time. If you prefer to receive your items as they become available, please contact our specialists at 800.732.2306.
Once your items are ready to ship from our warehouse, your method of payment will be charged. You can look forward to receiving your order in 1 to 3 weeks!

(3) Delivery is Scheduled
Once your White Glove items are with our carrier, you will receive an email that outlines how to schedule a delivery.
Doorstep Delivery-eligible items do not require delivery scheduling.

(4) Schedule is Confirmed
For White Glove deliveries, our carrier will call you 24 hours before delivery to provide a 2- to 4-hour delivery window. On delivery day, you'll be notified when the delivery team is approximately 30 minutes away.
If your items are being sent via Doorstep Delivery, you will receive an email notifying you of your scheduled delivery date 1 to 2 days prior to delivery.

(5) Order is Delivered
Our White Glove Delivery service includes delivery to your room of choice as well as unpacking, assembly (excluding chandeliers, mirrors, and hanging furniture) and debris removal.
Doorstep Delivery includes in-box delivery to your front door. For multi-unit buildings, items will be placed in a secure lobby area or with a building attendant. Please note, you are responsible for bringing items into your home. Assembly and debris removal are not included.
You'll receive an email confirming that your order has been delivered. All that's left to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy your new furniture!

With Unlimited Furniture Delivery, you enjoy one flat-rate delivery fee for all eligible styles. Orders containing more than one Unlimited Furniture Delivery item will be consolidated and delivered together. For most delivery areas, furniture will arrive 1–3 weeks after your order is in stock and available to ship.
While you may see a preauthorization on your selected method of payment, you will not be charged until your items are ready to ship from our warehouse. You can find our shipping charges here.
Please note that furniture and other oversized items are unable to ship to US territories, Alaska, Hawaii, islands within the continental US, PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses and locations outside of the US. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable.

For White Glove Delivery: Once your items are with our carrier, you will receive an email that outlines how to schedule a delivery. Furniture will arrive 1–3 weeks after your order is in stock and available to ship. If the first available date offered does not accommodate your schedule, we ask you take receipt of your items within 30 days, as we do not offer storage services.
After a White Glove Delivery date has been selected, the carrier will ask if there are any special delivery requirements. These may include: Delivery location is on a narrow road or driveway that may require a smaller truck

- Large items in your order that may require additional personnel

- We ask you share any other delivery requirements with the provider at this time so we can ensure a successful delivery on your scheduled date.

- Clear the space where furniture or rugs will be placed prior to delivery. Our delivery professionals are not permitted to move existing furniture nor are they allowed to move or set up electrical equipment. They are also unable to hang mirrors or wall décor.
- Protect anything that may be susceptible to damage such as floors, furniture, or entryways.
- Move pets to a separate room during delivery to keep them safe.
Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Furniture Specialists will be happy to assist with starting a return or addressing any issues you may have with your item(s).
To get started, please contact our Furniture Specialists. Furniture can be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund of the merchandise cost.
Select items are subject to a restocking fee if returned, plus applicable taxes. The fee will be deducted from the refund once the return is processed. For details about the restocking fee for a specific item, please visit the product page.
Your method of payment will be refunded once our delivery team has confirmed pickup of the original item. If all or part of your order is refused upon delivery, your method of payment will be charged for the item(s), and a refund will be issued separately. The initial Unlimited Furniture Delivery fee is nonrefundable.
