Join us as we celebrate Noma's latest cookbook, The Noma Guide to Fermentation, with appetizers, a three-course dinner served alongside a fermented beverage pairing, and complimentary natural wine tastings. Each inventive plate will be infused with a fermented element for a truly unique dining experience.

Reservations are required. $85 per person. Cost includes appetizers, a three-course dinner, and a fermented beverage pairing. Complimentary natural wine tastings will be provided. Guests are encouraged to BYOB. Copies of the book can be purchased separately at the time of the event for $40. Tax not included.
