Where We've Been: Portland

A recent trip to Portland gave our own Laura T. just enough time to visit the International Rose Test Garden, for a peek at the oldest rose testing garden in The States. Then, a trip to Cannon Beach on Oregon's north coast gave way to an afternoon of exploring the tides with a curious little one.
