A Summer Punch with Philadelphia Distilling

Just in time for Fourth of July celebrations, we teamed up with our neighbors at Philadelphia Distilling to create the perfect party punch. Founded in 2005, Philadelphia Distilling was the first distillery to open in Pennsylvania since before Prohibition. Their flagship spirit, Bluecoat Gin, is a perfect summer drink thanks to the bright flavors of organic juniper berries and American-grown citrus. Named for Philadelphia's iconic Love Park, here's a Bluecoat-based punch that we'll be mixing up for this year's fireworks and festivities. 

Summer In Love Park
Add the following ingredients into a 54 oz. pitcher, dispenser, or large punch bowl. Stir together over ice and serve.

10 oz. Bluecoat American Dry Gin
14 oz. fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
5 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
5 oz. honey syrup
8 oz. semi-sweet champagne
Sprinkle of fresh rosemary needles and saffron
