Spring S'more Cups
Our first fire pit gatherings of the year are about to begin, and we're bringing a sweet, seasonal dessert to the party. Served in our new mint enamelware, the s'more cups above are a playful take on our favorite fireside dessert. We layered hand-crafted marshmallows and chocolate with a variety of toppings to create a melty, baked s'more "dip" that can be eaten with graham crackers. To create your s'more dip, layer your choice of chocolate and marshmallows in an oven-safe pan or pie plate, then bake at 450°F for about 7-9 minutes, or until the marshmallows look toasty. You can also crisp the marshmallows with a small kitchen torch for a campfire finish. Scoop a single serving of the dip into an enamelware cup, then add your toppings of choice before serving. We've been getting creative with pairings of marshmallows and garnishes-- here are three of our favorites:
Blackberry Mint: Vanilla marshmallows, dark chocolate, fresh blackberries, fresh mint
PB&J: Strawberry marshmallows, milk chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts
Coconut Macaroon: Toasted coconut marshmallows, milk chocolate, lime zest
