    Plant name is Purple Oxalis. According to Wikipedia: Oxalis triangularis, highly popular as a pot plant, commonly called False Shamrock, or Purple Shamrock, Purple Oxalis, or Love Plant. The leaves of O. triangularis move in response to light levels, opening in high ambient light (in the day) and closing at low light levels (at night).
