A Fourth of July Sparkler


With Independence Day just around the corner, we're preparing for outdoor parties by the pool or in the garden. The centerpiece of our summer gatherings this year is the sparkling punch above, served for a crowd in one of our newest drink dispensers. A refreshing splash of Elderflower Pressé from England's Belvoir Fruit Farm pairs with fresh mint, tart grapefruit, and champagne for a light and pretty summer libation. Read on for the recipe.

Pink Grapefruit & Elderflower Punch
Serves 12-16

4 cups chilled pink grapefruit juice
2 cups vodka
2 cups Elderflower Pressé
1/2 cup Campari
2 cups chilled champagne or sparkling wine
1 bunch mint

Mix grapefruit juice, vodka, campari, and mint leaves (remove stems). Add pressé and champagne and stir gently. Serve over ice, garnishing with additional mint leaves and grapefruit slices if desired.
