First Spring at Longwood & Winterthur Gardens

Our creative crew recently spent an afternoon exploring the early blooms at two of our favorite local gardens, Kennett Square's Longwood and the Brandywine Valley's Winterthur. A hillside crowded with purple crocus, beds of coral-colored tulips, bright orchids, and even bare branches showing signs of green were a needed tonic for our group as we wait, a little impatiently we should add, for spring's full riot.
