A Cocktail Recipe from the Terrain Cafe for Bee's Knees Week with Barr Hill Gin
Join us at our cafes as we unite with Barr Hill Gin to help save the bees with a delicious cocktail (with a terrain twist!). We'll be celebrating Bee’s Knees Week between Sunday, September 23rd and Sunday, September 29th by donating one dollar from every Bee’s Knees cocktail purchased through the week to select non-profit bee and pollinator organizations. This is the third annual Bee’s Knees Week for the Vermont-based gin brand and since its establishment in 2017, the event has raised over $31,000 toward helping our pollinating friends stay healthy. It’s a wonderful opportunity for communities from all over the country to come together to put a spotlight on the importance of bees in our food and drink system and enjoy tasty cocktails while doing it!

Peachy Bees Knees Cocktail
2 oz Barr Hill Gin
0.75 oz Fermented Honey
0.25 oz Peach Preserves
0.75 oz Lemon
0.5 oz Still Rosemary Water No. 1
Dash Chamomile bitters
Garnished with Honeycomb
Shake hard in cocktail shaker and serve up in a coupe.
