terrain at Styer’s Return Policy
It is our hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase at terrain. We will give thoughtful consideration to your request for return, exchange, or credit of our products and services. Terrain will accept all non-plant products at any time for any reason, with or without a receipt. Please see explanation below of the exceptions of furniture, fountains, and containers. In all cases, keeping your original sales receipt will enable you to receive a credit in the original form of purchase. Returns without a receipt will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit at current selling price.
Furniture, Fountains, Containers, Roses, Perennials, and House Plants:
We will gladly accept returns of the above items within 30 days from date of purchase for any reason. Shipping fees will not be credited, unless due to damages accrued during transit. Credit will not be issued for damaged furniture, fountains and containers resulting from winter damage. Please refer to our Furniture Specialist or refer to our fact sheets on how to care for these materials.
All other Plant Material, including plantings and deliveries:
Terrain will replace trees and shrubs for up to one year from the original dated receipt. In all cases, returned plant material must be presented in the form of the plant itself or a photograph. Replacement covers the original purchase price of the plant material, including planting and delivery fees. Every effort will be made to replace the original plant material. For items not in stock, a merchandise credit will be issued. We ask that you take extra care with your living plants as credit will not be issued for plant material that does not survive due to lack of care or forces of nature. Please see one of our Nursery Specialists or refer to our planting and watering guideline fact sheets for more information on how to care for this product.
Due to seasonality, we do not accept returns on any annuals, vegetables, herbs, potted florist plants, and planted containers.
