Shipping Times

Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Regular delivery: 5-7 business days
Express delivery: within 3 business days
Overnight delivery: available for most items shipping within the continental US. Overnight orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Monday.

We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, with most in-stock items shipping within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

*For Overnight and Express delivery, online orders must be places by 10 am EST.

Additional Charges
The additional fee listed under an item description is a freight charge assigned to that particular oversized item. This fee is added to the regular shipping charges detailed in the chart above.
 

Furniture and Artifacts
All oversize furniture items and artifacts will ship via a delivery service and will arrive within 4-6 weeks. (Please allow 8-10 weeks for custom pieces.) The delivery company will call to schedule your appointment. Standard delivery hours are between 8am and 5pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.


Please note that shipments to U.S. territories, AK, HI, islands within the continental U.S. and express ship methods are unavailable for oversize items.

Backorders
You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your shopping basket. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. You will be notified via email of any changes to the item status.
