Throughout the month of June, our culinary specialist will showcase recipes for fresh garden finds from Mr. Wilkinson’s Vegetables, the newest cookbook from Australian chef and veggie enthusiast Matt Wilkinson. This week, the workshop features a variety of dressings for potatoes, heirloom lettuces, grains, and more, complete with recipes and samples.
Reservations are required. $15 per person. Cost includes instruction, recipes, and tasting. Books will be available for purchase.
