Join founder and fitness expert Lauren Boggi in our garden shed for an introductory class on the Lithe Method, a total-body, high-cardio workout that breaks through boredom thanks to ever-changing routines and varying intensities. In this morning session, break it down and shout it out as Lauren leads Rock Steady--Lithe’s most cheer-based workout ever.

Reservations are required. This event is free and open to the public. Please wear sneakers and bring a yoga mat to use during the workout.
