What Would You Weck?

Categories: How-To, At Home

“What would you Weck?” Since the classic, German canning jars are one of our most versatile kitchen favorites, we posed this question to our store and home office employees as an imaginative and inspiring part of Styer’s Heirloom Tomato Festival. From bakeware to aquariums, we were blown away by the ingenuity of the entries and can’t wait to try some of the ideas ourselves.

If you missed the Styer’s festival, head to Westport’s Heirloom Tomato Festival on Saturday, August 24th, from 11-4. Learn how to make naturally dyed table runners, shop the USA Proudly Made Marketplace, craft sprightly tomato crowns, partake in savory tastings, and enjoy an afternoon of bluegrass tunes. Then end the day at our chef’s table for the Heirloom Tomato Tasting Dinner.
